Both company's emphasize on customers needs, however Virgin shows a more direct approach by demonstrating their effectiveness within business environment making it easier to access the online world and treatment of customers information efficiently by providing higher speed internet. BT also focused on organizations provides a service Virgin lacks of. An IQ questionnaire which provides customers with the information they need and require in order to run their business.
